Online Shipping Guideline
A PLUS EXPRESS (N.Y.) Online WebShip and Account Management Step-by-Step Guideline.
1. Open up Internet Explorer (or any other applicable web browser). On the address bar enter www.aplus100.com. Click on English?on the upper left corner. On the upper left corner, under user ID? input your A PLUS account number (i.e. NYC88888); under 揚assword? enter ?234?(1234 is only your temporary default password, please make sure to change your password as outlined in Step 3 as soon as you login. Finally, press login?
2. Carefully and fully read the 揂pex Service Contract? Should you agree to abide by this service contract, please press 揑 agree?to continue.
3. After you arrive at the 揙nline Management System?screen, click on 揅hange Password? Enter your desired new password under 揘ew Password? Reenter your new password under 揅onfirm Password? Finally, click on 揝ave?to complete changing your password.
4. To ship an express parcel or document using our online WebShip feature, press 揙nline Booking?and then click on 揘ew Shipment? On the air waybill form shown, enter all relevant shipment information (If you do not know the consignee抯 zip code, please enter ?1111? also please make sure to put ??as 揇eclared value for custom?. When done with completely filling out all shipment information, presses 搒ubmit? After making sure all entered information is correct, click on 揚rint Shipment?to print out the air waybills for this shipment (note: four copies of the air waybill are printed, keep one for your own record).
5. If you would like to ship an express parcel or document to the same consignee address that has already been inputted at least once previously, you do not need to manually reenter the same address information again! Just click on 揙nline Booking?and then 揕oad from Consignee?and all needed consignee address information will be automatically extracted and shown from the system.
6. To track any shipment or to look up billing information for a shipment, click on 揟racking/Statistics? In 揃/L No.? enter the air waybill number and press 揝earch?to see the tracking information for this package. If you would like to see the tracking and billing information for all shipments within a particular period, enter the desired start date and end date (i.e. 2004-09-01, 2004-09-30) and press 揝earch? Tracking information and shipping charges for all packages/documents shipped in the month of September are shown.
