Duties:
Drives truck to pickup and deliver a variety of packages for dispatch nationally and internationally to and from customer's home or business location; Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt; Assists customers in filling out shipping paperwork/documentation. Records pick-up and/or deliveries information on daily delivery record; Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business; Prepares order forms; Informs regular customers of new services; Listens to and resolves service complaints; Places stock on shelves or racks; Loads truck; Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery; Cleans inside of truck and performs routine maintenance on truck.
